We begin with a thorough slab assessment, including moisture testing and identifying any necessary repairs. Once the surface is deemed ready, we grind and etch the concrete to create a textured profile that ensures strong adhesion for the epoxy system. A primer is then applied to the substrate, followed by the coloured base coat. If you’ve chosen a flake finish, decorative flakes are broadcast across the surface at this stage. Finally, we apply a clear top coat to seal and protect the floor, delivering a durable and long-lasting finish.

We tailor our installation times to suit your schedule. For a standard double car garage (36–40 square meters), our Full Flake Broadcast System can be completed in as little as 2 days—delivering a durable, high-quality finish without the long wait.
After installation
Once the floor is installed, it will need to cure—this means no foot traffic for 24 hours and no vehicles on the surface for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity. Allowing proper curing time is essential for a strong, long-lasting finish.
Floor Maintenance
Your new epoxy floor is highly durable and includes built-in anti-microbial protection, making it easy to keep clean. For regular maintenance, simply use warm soapy water with a soft mop or sponge. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the finish and affect the floor’s longevity. Although your epoxy floor is tough and built to withstand daily wear, it’s still important to clean up spills as soon as they happen. Letting liquids sit for too long—especially things like fuel, oils, or harsh chemicals—can cause discoloration or staining over time. Quick action helps keep your floor looking its best and prevents any long-term damage.
